In Charley’s Memory is all about making mental health matter for young people. We work to support not only the individual, but the network of people around them. This is done through education, support services and advocacy. Fundraising events and the generosity of the public, allow the charity to reach its missions and therefore work towards the prevention of suicide in young adults.
In Charley’s Memory aims to do the following within Somerset and surrounding areas:
- To make support services to young adults with Mental Health conditions more accessible and reliable
- To raise the profile of Mental Health
- To advance the education and knowledge surrounding Mental Health within learning environments and wider communities
- To support and guide the network of people around someone with Mental Health conditions
In Charley’s Memory is a friendly, local and open charity that is determined and passionate to make a difference, providing support to young people 11-25 living with mental health issues.
Free one to one counselling, educational visits to schools and colleges, in house training and workshops.
