Somerset Mental Health Stakeholder Enagement Forum

The Somerset Mental Health Stakeholder Engagement Forum aims to enable us to learn from each other, and to help shape mental health services in Somerset. If you have an interest in and/or experience of local mental health services, please come along.

Voluntary sector staff and volunteers, and service users are welcome. Representatives from the Somerset Partnership, Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group and Somerset County Council will also be attending.

The theme for this meeting is 'where can I access support when in crisis?'

Jess Popham from the Somerset Partnership will join us to discuss the role of the Home Treatment Team in a crisis. We'll talk about the support on offer from telephone helplines, and find out what health and wellbeing activites are on offer at our venue, the Princess Theatre.

Please email info@somersetmentalhealthhub.org.uk for a copy of the agenda.

The Forum is taking place on Wednesday 23rd October, from 1:30pm to 4pm at The Princess Theatre, Burnham on Sea. You can book your free space here.

Refreshments will be provided. Organisations are encouraged to bring along at least two clients. Service users can be reimbursed for travel expenses through a claim form that will be provided on the day (please note the funds are transferred after the event, cash cannot be provided on the day).

To register by phone, please call Spark Somerset on 01460 202970.
