Mental health and Covid-19 in Somerset, where are we now?

A free online event for people with an interest in mental health services in Somerset.

This event is an opportunity to be part of an open discussion about the way mental health services are delivered in Somerset. Whether you have lived experience, support someone who does, are concerned about your mental health in relation to Covid-19, or provide one of the vital services that helps, please do join the conversation and share your important point of view.

The focus for this session will be ‘mental health and Covid-19 in Somerset, where are we now?’ and there will be the chance to discuss some of the major concerns relating to the pandemic.

Special guests, Dr Andrew Tressidder and Dr Peter Bagshaw, will talk about:

  •     Anxiety about the pandemic
  •     Going back to 'normal'
  •     New ways to access support

Plus there will be the chance to take part in a hand and head massage demonstration and win a complementary health voucher.

Takes place Thursday 29th April, 2pm to 4:15pm via Zoom. Email conversation@openmentalhealth.org.uk for booking details.
