Ways To Wellbeing Training

Free Ways To Wellbeing training, delivered by Chardwatch C.I.C. on behalf of the Somerset Mental Wellbeing Service

This service and the training provides support to people with low to moderate mental health conditions.

The workshops are suitable for anybody who would like to work towards finding their own potential and resources to support their wellbeing, in a group setting.

The course covers self-management techniques, self-resilience and peer support. It will also help attendees develop their confidence and empower them to take responsibility for their own wellbeing. Attendees will build relationships with peers and gain an understanding of how to mutually support one another to maintain wellbeing.

Workshops for each district take place weekly over a 16 week period via Zoom.

Mendip

Monday 1st February to Monday 7th June, 10:30am to 12:30pm

South Somerset

Tuesday 27th April to Tuesday 10th August, 10:30am to 12:30pm

Taunton and West Somerset

Wednesday 14th April to Wednesday 28th July, 10:30am to 12:30pm

Sedgemoor

Thursday 10th June to Thursday 23rd September, 10:30am to 12:30pm

Somerset-wide

Tuesday 22nd June to Tuesday 5th October, 10:30am to 12:30pm.
